I got you beat, I'm 63. , and the average age around nMg is 45, but I'm not sure what that has to do with anything.

You need to slow down and read what has already been posted. As I read through your post, and Shawn's, it seems you've answered your own question. You were kicked for "Spawn Killing" aka "Spawn Camping". Are you trying to tell us you've been gaming all these years and you don't know what that means? Please.

FYI, in a multiplayer combat game (particularly a First Person Shooter) to kill another player as they spawn. This is dishonorable because the player is unable to react, and depending on the game may be weaponless or inadequately armed or have all of their facilities. Very unsportsmanlike, and not allowed on any of our servers. Repeated offenses of this kind will get you permanently banned from all of our servers. Like -nMg-Shawn said, you're lucky your ban was for only 24 hours.

FYI, you didn't see an admins name because he wasn't in game. Our admins monitor all our servers with a remote program. We can follow the in game chat, and one of our long time trusted players complained about your "Spawn Killing", Shawn picked up on it and kicked you remotely.

Please don't let this get out of hand. I am not requesting the ban to be lifted. Like your server console message says it is for average players. I'm not that good but I guess I am better than average. I respect your choice and right to ban anyone you want. There are plenty of servers to populate including my own. Like I said it was just a place to go for a change of pace.
